Most recently, Charlie as been responsible for ensuring the end to end alignment of a Global Telecommunications Manaufacturer's IT-enabled operating model, the optimization of the clients transformation program portfolio, roadmap and investment prioritization. To underpin this, he established a world–class (benchmarked) Investment and Gating process and methodology to drive, monitor and control all business initiative dependencies, and manage business risk through program delivery assurance worldwide. In addition he led the re-alignment and operational implementation of a new “Lead to Cash” model across ALU, embedding new Operational KPIs and assuring clear a accountabilities along the core workflow of the Operating Model.
